I'm an out of state student using Post 9/11 GI Bill, How much do will I have to pay?
The University of Colorado Boulder offers instate tuition to all Veterans by submitting a copy of your DD214 to the Registrar.
Dependents using GI Bill Benefits have to pay out of state tuition if they are not Colorado residents.
Out of state students are responsible for the difference between what the VA will pay and what the school charges.
The VA will pay the instate tuition rate and required fees directly to the school.
Use this to determine what will be potentially owed to the school by comparing it to the out of state tuition for your specific program click here.
Yellow Ribbon: CU Boulder pays $2,500 a semester and the VA matches this amount for a total of $5,000 a semester or $10,000 per academic year.
CU Boulder now offers unlimited Yellow Ribbon slots, to help cover the difference.
